HOW TO MAKE BHAJIA

Today on the blog I'll be sharing my favourite way of cooking my potatoes.

You'll need....

1 cup gram flour.
2 big potatoes or several small ones.
1 teaspoon of ginger powder/shredded
A handful of cilantro
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
Pinch of baking soda.
Oil to fry

Boil your potatoes & mash them.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients into a thick batter but not runny.
Put your pan on a medium heat stove & add your oil.
Check if oil is ready for frying by placing a small piece of batter & if it sizzles then it's ready.
Fry the remaining batter for 5-6 minutes or until brown.
Serve hot.
