NON-DAIRY...OAT MILK

I stopped taking processed milk & my 1st non-dairy milk was oat milk.
You'll need
>Oats
>2 cups water
>1/2 cup raw oats
>Honey (optional)
>Cinnamon (optional)
>Vanilla Extract (optional)
Blend oats & strain twice.Its a bit starchy but is full of antioxidants.To sweeten add cinnamon,honey & vanilla extract.

Anti-oxidants help our bodies to flush out toxins & juices enable easy absorption.I came across this list from juice recipes and I had to share.If you do not have a juicer you can blend then strain.

Beets contain betacyanin that helps to neutralize,detoxify toxins & fights inflammation.Carrots & Apples are just to sweeten this detox superfood.

- 5 Beetroots
- 1 Apple
- 3 Carrots
->Peel carrots & beets
->Juice away

I was super happy boyfi agreed to be my photog.I normally use a tripod for self portraits but I end up fighting with it cause I don't get the best photos hehe.Nway onto my outfit,styled my distressed jeans with sleeves tee and embellished maasai sandals.Oooh my hair grew yap happy napversary to us lol.

Yogurt
Seeds...I used sunflower seeds,sesame seeds
Dried Fruits...I used raisins,sultanas
I love experimenting with plain yogurt.I have used it as a sauce,dip, cream but I love it as a snack.Just add your fav seeds & dried fruits.
