I stopped taking processed milk & my 1st non-dairy milk was oat milk. You'll need >Oats >2 cups water >1/2 cup raw oats >Honey (optional) >Cinnamon (optional) >Vanilla Extract (optional)
Blend oats & strain twice.Its a bit starchy but is full of antioxidants.To sweeten add cinnamon,honey & vanilla extract.
