I love how the weather change has flooded the market with vegetables.I want to take advantage of that & add more veggies to my diet as vegetables have more healing power than fruits.I still eat my fruits tho but in the ratio of 5:1.For the salad I used... Sultanas Raisins Lettuce Rad Cabbage Avocado Chinese Cabbage Sesame Seeds Linseeds
