Boiled Chickpeas
Breadcrumbs/Oats
1 egg
1 onion
Cumin
Garam masala
Coriander
Pinch of salt
2tbsp oil
Buns
Place your oats,chickpeas,onion,eggs,spices,coriander in a food processor ,you can use a fork too to mash to your prefered consistency, and blend.Season with salt.
Remove from blender & form the mixture into patties. You can leave the patties in the fridge to firm up for 2-3 hours.
Place a frying pan on medium heat & add oil. Fry the patties for 5-6 minutes or till they turn slightly brown on each side.
